Puppet Pop Up Workshop

Wood block marionette with a big moustache

Scarf Marionette Workshop

Join us! Make your own four-string scarf marionette and have fun dancing your puppet to your favourite music at Calgary’s newest creative playground!

We will start by making our own puppets, and at the end of the workshop, each participant will have a chance to animate them to the music.
With all materials supplied and clear instructions (including a take-home instruction booklet) from WP Puppet Theatre’s Artistic Director Wendy Passmore-Godfrey, join us for the creative afternoon!

This simple but expressive scarf marionette is based on the design by the famous German puppeteer Albrecht Roser. For more: https://www.albrecht-roser.de/
